Hourglass Films
I am the creator and the head behind this concept of films on reels (Instagram, of course). The world around us is rapidly moving towards consuming more and more content on reels and Hourglass brings them delicately crafted stories on their thumbs. Combining storytelling and doomscrolling - we strive to create films for the new age!

Nithya: Student Film
The film aims to explore freedom through the eyes of two sisters in a small town in Tamil Nadu. It aims to start a conversation about how deep-rooted patriarchy is in our minds, and in the process, teach us to move forward. As a producer for the film my job was to maintain smooth flow of communication between various departments and 'get things done' quite literally for all stages of production.

Chaar Cup Chai: Student Film
Chaar Cup Chai is a Romantic Drama that examines the
complexities of a relationship driven by artistic differences
and insecurities, and whether or not love is enough to keep
them together. My job as an On-Location Sound Head was to ensure clean and clear recording while breathing life into the stunning visuals through aural sensations.

Bade Bacche: Student Documentary
This documentary is a tragicomedy of 20-year-old students stepping into adulthood, as they leave their parent’s homes and go on a journey to find a new home & a family in friends. I was the producer for the documentary and acted as a catalyst for all things finance, legal and logistical.

Deja Vecu: Short Film
Mild-mannered Jaideep moves through a life of strange reoccurrences, oblivious to the patterns, until a friend’s invite sends him spiraling, and he is forced to relive the trauma of their shared past. I was the Production Head for Deja Vecu and my job was to keep the film on the track from pre production stage to end of shoot.

Haraloo: Student Film
Haraloo is a slice of life short film based on the story of two characters who meet in the setting of a global pandemic and build a strong friendship that lets them discover themselves as well as lift each other up. I was Production Head for this film and handled all the paperwork, permissions and online logistics, considering I was in quarantine for a good part of the film's shooting process.

The Prank
A fictional tale of time in a dystopian society. Every action is being watched and every theory questioned - with all that is going on, everyone just wants an answer to a simple question - 'is this some kind of a joke?' I am writer, director for this short 2 minute film. This film was selected for Lift-Off Global Network: First Time Filmmaker's Session - March 2021.

Brewing Happiness
A cup of tea brings mother-daughter closer. This is a short film I wrote and directed for an inter-college film competition. It was conceptualized, written, shot and edited completely in midst of a pandemic, from home.

Riya Ki Billi
A coming of age story about an estranged mother-daughter relationship, barely surviving through the impact of social media on their lives- finds meaning and contentment in a paradox.
Shot entirely on phone and during the peak of the pandemic, Riya Ki Billi is about family, love and friendship. This film is written and directed by me.

Saifu: Student Film
In 1980s, Saifu, A young boy who does not understand politics or religion or the reasons behind them is faced by a situation where all these factors are cultivating riots. To be or not to be, where to go and who to be are all questions he deals with. I was the production assistant for this film and was responsible for location scouting, arranging and organizing props, helping the art director create 1980 Aligarh in 2019, Pune as well as running around and managing the cast and crew.
